I'd like to multi technique a rod specific to pitching and small swimbaits(2.5 oz or less).  I am specifically looking at a phenix M1, 7'5" extra heavy that has an extra fast tip.  I read some other posts that had guys who owned the phenix M1 say that the tip actually feels more like a fast which I think would be better for my application in case I decide to throw anything that is treble hooks.  If anyone who has this particular rod, or anyone has any other suggestions in the 200 dollar price range I am open to any suggestions.  I like the idea of staying in that 7 and a half foot range as well.  I'm going to be pairing this up with an Abu Garcia revo beast to give anyone who has thoughts an idea of where this is going.  Thanks in advance.

Anyone at all?  I am looking between the phenix M1 and the recon elite series.  Open to all kinda of suggestions here.  I'm feeling like I'm in the right direction because a lot of people will say for smaller swimbaits use a flipping stick rather than a swimbait rod for flipping and pitching.  I'm pretty new to these techniques.  Throw me a bone.
