2017 first trip, three bass

Featured Replies

Hit a local lake by me for a few hours on Sunday. With the air temps close to 60* , I figured get out for the first 2017 trip.

This was the coldest water i remember fishing with surface temps being 36/37*.

15% was still covered with ice.

I managed three total, which I was happy about, a 1, a 2, and a 3 lber.

Fished a variety of lures, but all came on a 6th sense crush flat 75x in around 5 ft of water.

Thanks guys, it felt great just to be floating around on the boat after three months of nothing.

Looking forward to trip #2.
