I'm getting ready to start making plastics, couple questions I have is, once I cook my plastisol and it turns back to liquid to use, how long can you pour before heating it back up? Also when I reheat it does it have to get back to 350°? I've got heat stabilizer as well

350° isn't a magic number.  The mold and way you are delivering the plastisol can make quite a difference in the delivery temp.  I have open pour molds that go around 325° while laminating a small crappie minnow with a double injector needs to be around 375°.  You will just have to pay attention to how things play out.

 

When you reheat do it in short 30-45 second bursts.  The lighter the color the shorter the bursts.

Actually 350 is the magic number only for the first time you heat raw plastisol. Subsequent reheats do not have to be as hot.
