Lake Puckaway,Wi.

Basshooker

Recommended Posts

A friend of mine just got a camper on this lake on the North shore, I (and him) don't know much about the lake.  I am coming up from fla. to fish it with him. I know Fox River comes into it.  I am checking all I can on net about the lake , just thought someone out there could help some.   Will be there in mid June.  Thanks all

its a lake with a maximum depth of around 5ish feet. most of the lake is grass and rock. it has pretty good water clarity. on the opening of the lake (coming from the fox) there are little bays that are full of grass that hold some pretty nice pike and bass. i know there is a stretch of submerged boulders close to the middle of the lake that hold bass and walleye. its a great lake to fish! i advise dropping a boat in on the "take out". its a boat launch on the Fox and fish the Fow until you get to the lake, LOTS of smallies.
