There doesn't seem to be any info in the video Mike put out about a year ago. I'm pretty sure it's not a Keitech or Damikii. 

Looks like a Kaharaba jig to me.  They've been solid producers for me when the bass want a truly tiny jig (they're only about an inch and a half or two inches long), sometimes I use them to flip and pitch them up underneath docks after cold fronts with a spinning rod.
