i was womdering what size battery for running a sonar only? im on a small boat and trying to use as lil spacr and weight as possible.

    It lasts over 6 hours, using a Helix 5 SI/DI.  They're all deep cycle.  It's a small AGP battery.  I got mine at Radio Shack for $20.
