Any opinions on best maps for the Helix 9 for Michigan lakes, especially Saginaw Bay and Lake St. Clair, Detroit River?

    Humminbirds read Lakemaster and Navionics digital mapping cards.

     

    The best for you is the one that has the most detail for all the waters you fish.

     

    You don't have to guess what Navionics maps look like, you can see the current maps on the Navionics website's Web App.

     

    For Lakemaster's coverage you can download the coverage list from the Humminbird Lakemaster web site. The best maps are the ones listed as Lakemaster High Definition Survey.
