The shelf life of a wader...

Featured Replies

I have a cheap (59.99) wader I bought to go trout fishing wih a month ago.  I was just wondering, for the waders that come with the boots attached, is the life of the wader basically gone after the traction on the boot is out?

Can someone who has an expensive wader testify to the comfort and traction they get from it as opposed to a cheaper one?

Umm errr, usaully waders are either studded (like real metal cleats), or they have a felt bottem I think.

And then you have the stocking foot ones where you buy seperate boots.

i just bought some yesterday (cabelas 5mm neoprene) and they have rubber lugs on the bottom...thats just what im used to i guess...
