Dobyns rod champion.

Featured Replies

So I just bought the new dobyns champion rod and noticed that there is a little chip in the epoxy that they put around the guide. Was wondering if I should send that back or is it still good to fish since it's not hitting the line?

Send a message to Gary or Richard at Dobyns. They will probably replace it for you

I mean it's a really small chip out of it would it get bigger if I'm fishing it a lot or easier to snap?

Wouldn't hurt to talk to them, regardless. They may say it's fine and send you something for the imperfection, or they may replace the entire thing for you.
