I'm here for about month and don't know the area at all I'm looking for info on any good bank fishing spots around Charleston area primarily North Charleston area.

If you are military inquire about fishing on the Naval Weapons Station. Numerous large and small ponds to fish, good fishing also.

Check out the John R Bettis Boat landing Park on Goose Creek and Bushy Park near the Military Base. Both have spots to fish from....but don't bring your dog because both have plenty of Alligators. Good luck and stay safe.
