Quantum Smoke Spinning Setup?

Looking at a new spinning setup. I already have a Cabala's Tournament ZX combo. It is a 7' M Fast rod/1500 size reel/ 20 lb braid. I use it for almost everything spinning related. I mainly use a spinning rod, and the techniques i use are (in order of importance): Drop Shot, Keitech, Wacky, and Split Shot. I also do a lot of trout fishing in small streams as well as bass fishing from both the shore and a boat. The combo I am looking at is the Quantum Smoke Inshore. It is a 25 size reel and a 6'3" rod (not sure what action and power). I would likely put a lot of straight 10 lb braid (because it has a rubber spool). Because the inshore version is blue, I would like to consider blue braid. I would also use a leader of mono or floro. That's to be considered later on. I want to use the rod for trout in small streams, schooling stripers in the salt, and bass. What do you think?
