Which spool(s) offers the best performance in this reel (non SV obviously)?

    I had a spool from a 103 HA sitting around. Threw it in the SS SV and it really opened it up. Like it a lot.

    It accepts any 34mm Daiwa spool. Too many to pick from.

    What types of performance gains could be found with a Type R+ spool or the Steez 103SH or 103SHA spools?

    I'm able to cast much further with a lot less effort since I put the 103 ha spool in. I like the sv spools a lot but the ss sv spool is definitely to strong of brakes. Some people have trouble controlling the 103 ha but I don't think it's bad. The sv is a lot more controlled though.
