Does anybody know what brand this is? Has a kind of unique head. It's a good three years old. May not be available anymore but there's a lot I like about it for certain situations so I'd like to have a couple more in the boat. 

Could you post a profile and a birds eye shot of the head. Also of the hook?

That's a berkely jig. I bought a bunch of those on clearance at dicks sporting goods a year or so ago. They had a few different models with same head shape. Hank Parker football head jig. Ike's finesse jig. I believe the jay yelas jigs had a slightly different head.
