So I have this rod in a 7'4 moderate mh.... do you guys think this rod is okay for the strike king 6xd?? I'm new to the deep cranking game.. thanks in advance

That rod is lure rated by the manufacture up to 1/2 oz.

The SK 6XD weighs in at 1 oz.

The 5XD is a 5/8 oz bait and that's about the top end of that rod's deal.

btw - I have 3 of them & love every one.
