So I picked up a lightning rod shock from wall mart the other day. The trigger looks different than the image online. I didn't like the triggers that were on the regular lightning and thought the shock had the same one. The lightning shock I have has about the same trigger as the cherrywood, did they recently change it if so Im hoping they will change it for the standard lightning as well.

They didnt change it. Some models have different triggers. Some have the straight trigger and some have the curved trigger

Ill have to maybe contact berkley and see what models of the lightning shock have this trigger because id like to order more of them online.
