Thanks guys, I actually tested the boat. it did a max of 27mph. I was gonna buy it, until I saw his 2002 bass tracker pro team 185 with a 90hp mercury in the back. I bought that one instead.

Has anyone here had one before? I found a really good deal on one but it has a 50hp outboard and jackplate. Is it really underpowered? Seems a bit underpowered but I have not tested it. Just wondering if someone here had something similar and whats speeds would it run. Id be happy at 30mph but I have doubts it can do it.

Thats what im looking for, a good used unit. Right now I have about $350 to spend on it but every week I throw $25 into the savings for the fishfinder. Im gonna be on the lookout for one

I need to buy a fish finder, I want to really start understanding them. I have around 500 to buy one. Keep in mind itll be going into a 14ft jon boat so I cant buy really expensive or big units. Maybe a 7 or 9 inch max. What is the best bang for my buck? I may pay up to 600.

What channels show fishing? Ive always just watched online. I agree, mlf is a dink fest, I rather see bigger fish than more fish. I dont even like catching 1 pounders my self.

For real, my keitechs take up so much space. But a cheap trolling motor with spot lock is all I really need. Spot lock costs more than my boat

Fees would be 25 bucks for 2 people and best 3 fish weight limit wins. Pm me, im trying to organize. Im not looking at making money, all money would be paid out to the winners. For real, ive tried to contact fish chris a couple times with no luck. Seems like he actually quit fishing, I saw some youtube videos of him doing car audio or something like that. It would be awesome if some of the old schooler would give their opinion on this
