Has anyone here ever fished on our West Virginia New River?  It's a great place to fish and many pros have caught good size bass from it. If you have fished here before what was your preferred bait and color? Include time of day and season if you don't mind, that of course plays a part.  I've had good luck with senkos and spinners.

Tubes will catch bass year round. In the summer when the water is warm and clear go with an AC Shiner in foil silver with black back. Thank me later.

i've been using some tubes with good results.  ill try the shiner. thanks.
