Fixing guide insert, glue?

Ceramic insert in my rod guide pop out. I tried to put it back in with little bit of superglue but it doesn't hold enough(pop out again while fishing today)? Any idea what to use to hold it in, or do I have to replace the whole guide? This is the tip guide and I still have ceramic ring.
