Toronto Tackle Shops?

Featured Replies

I will be visiting my wife's relatives in Toronto, Canada next week and just wondered if there are any good tackle shops in the Toronto area? I might as well have fun if she's going to :D.

@Brett's_daddy, sorry for the late reply.  Here's a few notables. If you're interested in the high end bass gear, I would stop in at Pro J Fishing, their selection is totally impressive.

Bass Pro Shops at Vaughan Mills

Pro J Fishing Tackle on Sheppard Avenue one block east of Warden

Bass City at 4361 Hwy 7 #4 Markham, ON

JB’s Fishing Depot, 24 Ronson Drive, Etobicoke, ON

Sail out in Oshawa at Stephenson Road exit from Highway 401

Well, stuff like JDM lures (Evergreen, Megabass, Duo Realis, Lucky Craft, Jackall etc.) but not super expensive rods/reels or terminal tackle.

They have the lures you're looking for...would stop there ahead of any other place I mentioned. Really great store and nice people there too, you might even run into some Elite anglers when you go who pop up on occasion to say hi.

Cheers, enjoy your stay.

Pro J is all JDM and bass city has some JDM as well. If you need like venturing out, you can go to Gagnon sports In oshawa its also 3 minutes away from sail. DM me if you need anything!

Also forgot to mention... Pro J has megabass Vision 110s on sale for 17 bucks canadian right now is specific colours... I bought 5 ?
