I have an oil leak, I don't believe that it is a major issue. I believe it is coming from the black and white hose is this pic. I am brand new to owning a boat. Any help would be great! 

Well, I don't see a picture, but since that motor has no oil any place but what's mixed in the gas and what's in the lower unit, it's difficult for it to have just an oil leak.

Is this it ?

Trying to add a pic but it's not allowing me to. I will try after work tonight. 

Pic  would help but in the mean time follow the leak up, as oil drains down, I had on an one and it turned out to be the oil reserve tank. You could not see the leak, no crack nothing but replaced it and it stopped.
