Today I received my first order from Seiberts.  A few weeks ago I placed the order.  Noted that it shipped.  Missed the order after a while.  Emailed them.  Seibert found out it had lost at the USPS shipping center and Seibert shipped another order.  Great customer service.  Hope it was insured.
