Help identifying this lure

My 10 year old caught a 15+ inch crappie this past weekend and he wants to submit a Michigan Master Angler application and one of the questions asks about the type of lure used which we have been unable to identify.  Only identifying words on the metal lip is "Japan" :) This jointed lure is a sinker.  Tried Google with no luck.  Hoping one of you here can help us identify this little guy.

    Looks like LS MirrOlure spin size.

    Someone has upgraded the hooks.
