Broken Rod Return

Featured Replies

So back in June I sent in my brand new Tatula Elite AGS rod for a broken guide. It's been gone for two months now and no word on when it will return. The rod was sent in via a local store here in Minnesota. Any idea how much longer it's gonna be or how quick is Daiwa on returning rod? Not here to complain, just wondering what's been the return length from past experiences. Thanks.

Face it, you did come here to complain about the turnaround time, which you think is too long.  Frankly, I'm getting sick of our forum  becoming a place to air complaints about manufacturers when it's a heck of a lot easier just to call them.  It's actually against our forum rules.

You would have filled a warranty return form for your rod.  On the bottom, it clearly states:

*Depending on the season and parts availability, TURNAROUND TIME vary*

So, did you call them?

I apologize if I sound blunt, but this is the third thread of this type today.
