2 just moved into my bass pond. They eat fish and slap water scarring fish away whenever I hit the water. 

 

Any nonlethal ways to run them off?  I'm thinking about macing. I'd use fireworks but there not sold nearby. 

Id rather not shoot them, but I may have too.
