Hi, I am looking for (I've seen them in 2 boats) what seems to be rubber rod holders that have a velcro strap to hold the rods (2-3). Its like a rubber block maybe 2x3inches, and I beleive it is velcroed or glued to the boat wall. then it has a velcro belt to hold the rods in place. I remember the velcro belt has the info for the product. Ive been looking in most large fishing equipment stores, but have not been able to locate them.

I appreciate some info or a link to a webpage.
