Can someone explain to me why one of the carbontex drag washers that I just purchased is different from the other two? The one side is smooth like the others but the other side seems to have a lot thicker "weave" to it. Also seems to be a bit thicker. Does it matter where this one goes? Thanks in advance.

 

edit: this is for a stradic ci4+ spinning reel.

    Initial thought is the larger "weave" of the carbontex washer goes on the very bottom facing down. Is this correct?

    Id install the thicker one as the base but it probably wouldn't make any difference. I think it's st least partly to get the correct drag stack height.
