HELP Identifying a Wakebait/Crankbait

I just bought this lure and was wondering the brand name/model. Any ideas? 

It is a Wakebait or very shallow diving crankbait. Very good paint job/ possibly hand painted. Yellow belly dark burnt orange body with white splotches on the sides. The bill has a weird lip on the bottom. It has a dorsal fin. Never seen anything like this lure.
