I started fishing this past summer and I have fell in love with it just like every other fisherman who was my age once (16). I’ve been fishing ponds in my area but I would love to expand my horizons to fishing the finger lakes and other spots. What lakes should I go to and how much would it be to rent a boat and what’s the best lake to go to, to catch some big bass

I also started fishing recently but I bought a inflatable boat and spent the majority of my money on tackle. Instead of investing so much money on a boat or boat rentals. But Durand or Eastman lake my the beach in irondequoit/city area are good small lakes.?

I'm in Rochester.  I always have a spot in my boat for another guy. I fish mostly weekdays. My boat will be ready next week.
