I'm going to pick up a couple of these for a bluegill imitation swimbait. Who else has thrown these and how do they work?

They work great. Not too big, not too small so they produce numbers and size as well. Keep some glue handy to extend the life of your baits.

I have the crappie but yet to throw it.  Planned on using it as a bed bait rigged weedless with an owner beast 4/0.  A good scent like megastrike is supposed to extend their life a lot.

I know this is coming 5 years later, but those swimbaits work really well for me. Got a pack in male bluegill, white, and crappie. I use them with a 5/0 swimbait hook that is bent upwards. I do recommend having a bottle of mend it but they do work really well
