Help me get setup

I would like to know what I should set my current rods and reels up for and based on what I have make a recommendation on 1 new setup. Thanks in advance for any replies. 

What I have....

Poles/rods

1) g loomis spinning gl2 802S jwr 

2) g loomis casting gl2 mbr 7830 mh 6'6" fast 

3) G loomis spinning glx bsr852 extra fast 7'1"

4) cabelas casting fish eagle II, gcII 603, in 6'

Reels 

1) Abu Garcia silver max, 6:4:1 gear ratio

2) Mitchell 310, 5.2 ratio

3) shimano Sahara 2500fe

I have $400 could go a little more for new setup. I was thinking I could get a new reel and pole like the bps platinum signature combo and have 100 left to spend on another reel for the fourth pole. Up above. Also on sale is the revo rocket and I am debating that paired with a temple fork or st Croix legend rod. Open to any suggestions and what I should do with existing equipment.

I fish in Washington state. Most lake are thick with weeds under water and above. No way to fish cranks. Some spots rapalas will work. Mostly use spinner baits top water and plastics mainly senkos. Water in lakes here is murky.
