I had a 4 inch seat belt looking strap with two hooks to hold down the the bow at the bow. Along with the normal winch strap but it recently broke where can I buy one to replace it? Not looking for a ratchet strap. Just a similar item where I can hook off from the bow and keep the bottom attached to the trailer.

I've never heard of anything like this.  The weight of the boat, and the winch strap, and the two transom straps alone should be all you need to hold a boat in place on a trailer.

If you are looking for a secondary safety or security strap, boat buckle makes one. I had one on my old boat and it gave me piece of mind.

Or just use a length of chain and a hook. That’s what’s come standard on my last 4 boats I’ve owned.
