Toledo Bend Fishing

Featured Replies

Fishing has been tough as of late for the Bend, and I am not the best at locating fish. However, the fish should be moving up to spawn, there was a full moon this weekend too. Water has been rising due to heavy rains, very dirty, and maybe a foot visibility. The spillway and dam have been open for several weeks lowering the previous lake levels from past rains. Water temp is about 68. Any suggestions for locating bass? Thanks.

Toledo is in full on pre-spawn, spawn, & post spawn!

High muddy water has been a hindrance to fisherman far more than it has been to the fish. Off colored water has actually been more productive than clear.

Both the shallow water bite & the deep water bite is productive

Ya gonna have work for em by covering water effectively
