Starts & runs fine at idle, but when you tromp on the hot foot pedal nothing? This is the 3rd fuel pump that was put on last September. Could it be an adjustment outa whack or did it **** the bed again? I did adjust the hot foot pedal on the mounting plate back a little but the manufacturer says they’re adjustable on the plate with out having to adjust the throttle cable. This is getting very frustrating with this Yamaha that people say it’s very reliable!

Take the engine cowl off and have someone operate the throttle linkage  / hot foot looking for injectors operating properly, sounds mechanical to me.

Pull the engine cover off, take the air silencer off the front and make sure the butter flies are fully opening when the hot foot is pressed.

That's a mechanical system so something is not moving. 

If the fuel pump was bad and not sending enough fuel, when the throttle was pressed and butterflies opened, it would bogg down and probably cut off.

Ill check on the linkage & butterflies for movement & get to yall with the results. Thanks fir the replies. ??

Observe the butterfly operation and linkage movement, then try one more thing.  Hook up a 6 gallon gas can to the engine. Fill it with fuel and prime the engine using its primer bulb.  I would either have it hooked up to a set of ear muffs and your garden hose or back the boat down in the water, but still have it strapped to the trailer at a ramp.  If the engine starts and has good throttle response than there is a possibility your boats' fuel lines are probably collapsed. There has been a ton of fuel line damaged by ethanol fuel. You would need to replace all your fuel lines and primer bulb.  Also replace any fuel filters as well.

Had My Son push the pedal up & down & checked the linkage from the hot foot back to the motor & butterflies. Everything moved as it should've. As I was looking around the linkages I noticed a 2 piece gray mating connector was apart. Apparently the TPS connector some how came apart? Still don't know how I suspect that when it was in the shop last maybe they used some computer connections on it & didn't press it together tight enough? I pushed them back together & made sure they "snapped" in real tight so it wouldn't come apart again. Started it up & after a few minutes of warm up time had My Son exercise the pedal & low & behold it runs up to full RPM & down repeatable. So the Ranger is back in business. Thanks to all for weighing in on the situation.
