I’m pretty sure it’s an old sears model outboard but I can’t narrow down what brand/model & hp of the engine 

The picture don't show, but most of the old sears had a powerhead made by Tecumseh and a lower unit it think was made by Chrysler.  Parts for them are almost non existent.
