i know theres at least one guy out there thats knows the perfect way for me to remove the stickers/gunk off my fiberglass boat.

any ideas would be great thanks.

Blow dryer or heat gun,  Your good old fingernail and to finish it off WD-40 on a wragg.

I don't know about WD-40, but be very careful about using Goof-Off.  I've had a few bad experience with using that product with plastics.  DO NOT use acetone.

water base goof off doesnt do anything on the sticker gunk and im scared to use the other type goof off since its reported to eat paint off a truck.

WD-40 never crossed my mind though.......

Hair dryer then use a plastic scraper like those for teflon pots and pans. Follow up with GooGone.I've used for years with no problem.

I've used a hobby heat gun ( maybe a tad hotter than a hair dryer) before to soften the stickers to pull/peel them off . Then I used automotive bug/tar remover to clean the rest off. Just don't go crazy on the heat....the heat guns at the hardware stores are made to strip paint and get very hot.

WD-40 always worked for me

goo-b-gone and simple green work grreat, use em' on my triton and it works great

;)

The heavy duty Goo Gone works great! Just be careful if you try it... if it sets too long... it can make the clear coat/paint tacky to the touch! I just used some today.

I use stuff called OOPS! it works great. Always test a spot first.Gas may work I know it does not harm gelcoat I spill gas on my boat all the time.
