finally got a break from remodeling house ,went out for a few hours in the afternoon, we caught eight , with one double ,the biggest only around 3lb. but sure is fun to get out down here.

I know it's Lay Lake but I still wouldn't be calling a 3lb spot "only"!!

Logan Martin is slow for me right now.  Might try your side of the dam.

 

Nice catch, Logan Martin was slow for me on Saturday too...lots of tournament anglers on the water pounding the shore and since I am a kayak angler it was a challenge to avoid.  Did catch one little guy which of course made the day fun.

 

I grew up fishing Lay Lake with my Dad and may have to pop on down and paddle around a bit.

Logan Martin has been atrocious for me as well. I broke my drought this morning on a small spot. Dang joker fought like a 3 pounder.
