Yes, I am an idiot about this stuff. I want to wire the Lowrance power to the console as it seems impossible to go all the way back to the battery. The Acc rocker does have power, but I see no place to put the BLACK line. Help. Thx

Behind the rocker There is a hot connection on the bottom ready to go, and on the top there is a black wire already connected. But how do I ground the new unit so it works off the console

On the boats that I've owned, there's a junction box up under the console with all your fuses and as many have said, there's always been a hot side and ground side.

The bottom of your junction box should have ground inputs at the bottom.
