I assume you could boil them or use a hairdryer to heat them up. The put a heavy book over them on a flat surface while they cool. Theoretically it would work. 

Probably put them in boiling water for a minute and take them out they will probably take their original form just make sure you hold the hook with plyers don’t just drop em in the pot:)

Clamp the bill between to teaspoons then heat in the oven at 200 degrees a few minute, remove and let cool.
