Nashua river fishing where there are no hunters

Featured Replies

I was kayak fishing my normal spot on the Nashua river in Groton, MA today, and a couple of duck hunters yelled at me and said I was in their spot and I needed to get off the river. Does anyone know if there's a part of the Nashua river where I can fish and not get shot??

I fish the NRWS also from Groton, and while I can't answer your question you may want to contact the watershed association directly, or visit the Mass Fisheries and Wildlife office on RT 2A in Ayer. I'm sure one of them can help you.
