Cool, overcast wet day

Featured Replies

Last week was sunny with temps in the 80s. Water temp was around 77 degrees. Since then we've had a serious drop in temp with the cold front and hurricane. It's been in the 50s and breezy the last few days with nights getting into the 30s. Today it's been overcast and rainy with the temp 55-60. I'm gonna hit the lake in a couple of hours. I expect to the water to have dropped to around 70 degrees.

I'm gonna predict the conditions to be 70 degree water, slightly stained, overcast with an occasional breeze. What would you throw? What areas of the lake would you fish?

Plastics around docks and other known cover. I had basically the same deal the other day and never really did figure it out. But I hit some docks and some other shallow cover and that kind of saved my day.
