What happened to Pinnacle?

20 years ago Pinnacle made some really fine spinning reels. I own two of them and I love them. The other day while fishing with my grandson I didn't check the reel that I gave him to use with the accompanying rod and the crank handle fell off because it wasn't tightenedn properly. Anybody out there have a non-functioning pinnacle deadbolt dg50, they call it the deadbolt guide.

    Pinnacle made some fine baitcast reels just a few years ago.  I love my Primmus HS Xi.  Too bad they couldn't sell enough rods and reels to stay in the American bass fishing market.  Never had a Pinnacle rod, but there are a couple reviews on them here.  Got good reviews.  So did the reels.
