St. Mary’s river Florida crappie...they’re finally here

Featured Replies

For the guy who asked about crappie from shore...I walked about 2 miles of beautiful shoreline along the St. Mary’s river today with a black and yellow beetle spin and caught one behind almost every current break I came to. There was one spot with a large cypress tree that had a large eddy and deep hole behind it where they were stacked like you wouldn’t believe. I caught at least 15 fish off that one spot, 2 of the fish ended up being very nice sized red breast sunfish. Now if I can figure out how to post the pics I will. Idunno how to minimize the file size of my pics on my iPhone. If anyone could assist I have pics to go along with it.
