1994 Nitro 18 foot

Featured Replies

How many Nitro boat owners are happy with their boats. Need your help. I am looking at a 1994 Nitro 18 ft. 150 Mercury. It is in great condition. Owner wants $8,000.00. I think I can buy it for $7,000.00. It has been garage kept and covered. Let me know what you think. Thanks

I wouldn't give $7000 for it.  Lower.

The boat does not look like a 94 model. It looks as good as one on the showroom floor. The boat has had limited use and serviced yearly. The hull looks like your dining room floor.

6000.00 would be a fair price if in excellant shape.

N.A.D.A. lists it at 4770.00(125 hp)

This is the average retail price.

I agree with Bass-Brat that $6K would be a fair price for a '94 Nitro 18'. I see them frequently on Craig's List here in Diego and the surrounding areas for even less than that. There's a 1996 17' Rick Clunn Edition Nitro for sale right now in LA for $5500 but I doubt that it is in as excellent condition as the '94 you're looking at. Good luck with your purchase! IF the seller won't come down that low ($6K) then hagge some more. $7K isn't all that bad of a deal on a super nice clean boat - BUT that's just MY PERSONAL OPINION!

A buddy of mine bought the same boat in Florida last month.  It was advertised at $8,000 and he purchased it for $6,500.  It had new carpeting and the rest of the boat was in excellent condition.
