TM thrust question

Featured Replies

I'll preface this by saying: I am that guy who has buyers remorse about EVERYTHING, and  usually I turn out to be wrong- that thing is just fine.  That said, for $125 I just purchased a 33 lb. thrust MK All Terrain in mint condition to go on my 16' semi v, and I am worried that it will not be enough thrust.  I know I'm not going to be pulling into a 20 mph wind on a big lake with it, but when the wind is blowing hard, I'm usually on itty-bitty lakes anyway.  I'm not a tournament fisherman anymore, just fishing for fun and broke, unfortunately.  What do you guys think?  I bought it on craigslist, and its probably not too late to get out of it.  Thanks

I think youre fine i have the same size on my 14ft john with decks and sometimes even on setting 1 its too fast for my liking.
