Lucky Craft Real Skins

This month's BASS Times (pg. 19) has a small piece on new baits from Lucky Craft.

What they've done is wrap hard baits (Pointer 78, Pointer 100) with real squid skin. According to the article,

The fine layer of skin looks like real fish skin, and the bass eat 'em up. At an expo in NC last year, Elite Series pro Gerald Swindle tested Real Skin lures in a bass tank, which was full of bass that weren't interested in biting anything -- until Swindle dropped one of these in.

MSRP on the baits is $25.99 each.

l might have to try one of those  when i was in japan  there were some baits there  with real fish skin on them   i cant remember the brand  but the baits were starting at 80 dollars.       the luckycrafts are still expensive  but  somewhat affordable   ,when compared to those            ill give the pointer a try

I got a Slender Pointer a while back from Japan and they are great looking baits! Unfortunately the sent me the sinking version and I haven't used it much because of that. When do you guys use sinking jerkbaits?
