  1. Nice fish island bassin! How's the fishing in 2012? It's been a long time since I posted something here but I might be ready for a trip to Cyprus soon! Hardly any bass left here....
  2. Nice fish guys! Same here, they don't seem to get bigger then 7-7.5lbs. but that is huge in Europe! Unfortunately there are less fish every year. I wish people would stop eating them and net fishing should be prohibited.
  3. Here you go:
  4. Thank you Raul! It's very difficult to get parts from Shimano for Baitcasters here in Europe. Is there a US online shop where I can get the parts?
  5. Hello guys! I will be buying a Shimano Cruxis 201LH as a spare reel (I can get it cheap). I really don't like the plastic cast control cap. Does anyone know if the cap of a Curado 201D would fit and where I can get one? I already have another handle nut cover which I also will be changing. What about a drag star? What would fit und where can I buy it? Maybe someone has some of these parts for sale? Thanks!
  6. That's right! It's the 4.8" size.
  7. I use the Buckeye J-Will Swimbait Heads und put on a skirt (any good skirt will do). Never rolls over but it's only good in open water (no weed guard). In cover I use the Revenge Flip Jigs. Work great as swim jigs!
  8. Reaction Innovations Big Unit (only 9.5" long)
  9. Just like Carrot Sticks.
  10. The Fat Ika is great but the Jackall Cover Craw is also very good! Pic from ***.
  11. What do you guys think?
  12. Very nice Bass! Around 2kg?
  13. Looks good! Rapala R-Type
  14. I haven't used the Fat Ika for while but today it proved again that it catches fish when everything else doesn't work.....
  15. Nobody as far as I know. Maybe Russ Bassdoozer can get them.....
  16. 5" O.S.P. Dolive Craw. http://www.japanprofishing.com/osp-dolive-craw-5.html Here a video of the 3" version:
  17. Haven't caught many but some decent one's. Caught a few nice one's with this lure from Thailand. The bait is actually made for snake heads but works really good for bass. Tight lines!
  18. Congrats! 5 to 6lbs.
  19. Tiemco Baits have been around for years. Good baits IMHO! I think you paid too much for the lures. On Ebay you can get some Tiemco lures from japanese sellers alot cheaper. Try the Mad Pepper Magnum as a alternative to the Lucky Craft D-20. The Diving Pepper is also a good little crank. They also make jigs and softbaits. http://english.tiemco.co.jp/project/fishing_catalog/show_bass?scene=bass&category=14 Here some videos: http://www.youtube.com/user/tiemcoltd1#p/u
  20. Yes, but I still release all bass. Eating a bass would be like eating my brother.
  21. Thanks Guys! Around 70.
  22. It's been hard to get a topwater bite this summer but finally I got a decent fish. Put up a great fight!
  23. Exactly! Rage Tail baits catch fish but so do other baits..... Wrong! Swimbaits will catch fish anywhere......
  24. Try the Keitech Swing Impact Fat on a weighed Gamakatsu 5/0 Monster Hook. I caught some nice fish this year with this bait.
  25. Swim Jigs. Here a good fish caught with a Black Angel Roumbanis Magician Swim Jig and 6" Sawamura One'Up Shad.
