I was just wondering why a $25 jerkbait could break off the lip and the company wouldn’t replace the bait? I normally fish a different brand , $10 cheaper, but I have read very good reviews on the bait.  Now I’m regretting my decision.   Has anyone else have the same opinion on Megabass oneten jerkbait?

Yes I have 2 that has broken lately, its hard to find another that does as good as the one tens,I ordered 2 onetens+ last night just hope they last longer, but the 2 I'm gonna see if they will repair because barely used

part of the reason the 110 works the way it does is the lip design. its thin which allows the water to flex it and help give it the action it has. the hooks are designed like that because in japan jerkbaits are usually fished on light spinning tackle. i replace them with the gamakatsu aaron martens hooks which dont affect the bouyancy. that said their are other good jerkbaits for less money.
