7’1 Heavy Fast Tatula

Featured Replies

Anyone have this rod in the Tatula or Tatula elite line?

My buddy has this. 7'1" Tatula H/F (TTU711HFB). It's a textbook 1/2oz jig rod. Excellent rod for all things bottom contact but also very versatile. Easy to pitch & skip as well and can handle frog duties.

That’s exactly what u want it for. I throw 3/8 oz jigs when skipping docks. I’m guessing it would handle those too, but I have the MH 7’1 so I would have options. Just wondering if the elites are worth the price jump.

I have an AGS elite, and it’s my favorite rod.
