Can anyone offer comments on their experience with Rodgeeks Carbon 4 fly rod blanks?

Thanks, Im aware of that and the relationship of Rodgeeks and St Croix, but was looking for some comments of those who have built or fished them.  I expect they are very good, but have never heard from anyone who has built one.

I built one a few years ago the 7wt I’m a beginner fly fisherman used it a few months after I built it and haven’t touched it since. As a beginner can’t really speak that it does one thing or anything good but it worked well for me to sling streamers for small mouth.

Nice blanks, fish well, but like any other manufacturer there are hits and misses in the line up. Try fly fishing forums in the region, species, whatever to get the job done as far as more specifics if you need them.

Liked the 8 and 10 wts., not as much the 5 and 6 wts.
