nitro speedometer

Featured Replies

I have a nitro and the speedometer does not work on it. Does anyone know how the speedometer works. I did not see a cable or anything attached to the boat to register how fast the boat is traveling. Help me if you can.

There is a tube that runs down into the lower unit. I would not worry about it. I've never seen one that was accurate anyway. A waste of time as far as i'm concerned. The one on my Skeeter has not worked in a long while. I noticed last trip that it was showing 38mph and I was well over 50. Go figure.
